Adilson Oliveira, an award winning pastry chef, attributes his culinary artistry, in part, to generations of bakers in his own family.  As a young boy, Adilson awoke each morning to the tempting aromas of freshly baked bread and pastries coming from the family run bakery in a small town in Brazil.  This early invitation to enjoy the sights, aromas, and tastes of freshly baked goods became part of Adilson’s life.

The Sunflower Baking Company is proud of every product we sell.  Each piece is handmade from the finest ingredients, in small batches, to assure maximum freshness.   We bake a full line of desserts:  wedding cakes, birthday cakes, pastry and cakes for special events and holiday parties, miniature and full sized party favorites.
